By accessing this website or purchasing products from Summit Rescue Systems, you agree to these Terms.

3. Medical Products & Equipment
Summit Rescue Systems products may contain medical supplies and equipment intended for emergency preparedness, first aid, trauma response, outdoor use, and related applications.
Our products are not a substitute for professional medical care, medical training, diagnosis, or treatment.
Customers are responsible for obtaining appropriate training and understanding the proper use, limitations, warnings, storage requirements, and expiration dates of the equipment they purchase.
Summit Rescue Systems does not guarantee that any particular product or medical kit will meet the customer’s individual needs or result in a particular medical outcome.
4. Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for:
- Selecting products appropriate for their intended use.
- Inspecting products upon receipt.
- Properly storing and maintaining equipment.
- Monitoring expiration dates.
- Replacing expired, damaged, contaminated, or used medical supplies.
- Following manufacturer instructions and warnings.
- Obtaining appropriate training before using medical equipment.
- Regularly inspecting equipment and mounting systems.
- Ensuring products are used in accordance with applicable laws.
5. Vehicle Mounting & Installation
Some Summit Rescue Systems products are designed to be mounted in vehicles or other mobile environments.
The customer is responsible for determining whether the selected mounting location, hardware, vehicle, panel, and installation method are appropriate for the intended application.
Improper installation, incompatible hardware, inadequate mounting surfaces, unauthorized modifications, or failure to properly secure equipment may result in damage or injury.
Customers should regularly inspect mounting hardware and attachment points, particularly after off-road, high-vibration, or other demanding use.
6. Orders & Payment
Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance of the order.
Summit Rescue Systems reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order for reasons including inventory limitations, pricing or product errors, suspected fraud, shipping restrictions, or other circumstances that prevent us from accurately or safely fulfilling an order.
If an order is canceled after payment has been received, the applicable payment will be refunded.
7. Shipping
Shipping information and estimated processing times are provided on our website and may vary by product.
Summit Rescue Systems is not responsible for carrier delays, weather, natural disasters, incorrect shipping information provided by the customer, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

8. Returns & Warranty
Returns and warranty claims are governed by our Shipping, Warranty & Returns policy.
Certain products, including opened medical supplies and custom or modified products, may not be eligible for return.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including photographs, product photographs, logos, graphics, written content, product designs, descriptions, branding, and other materials, is owned by or licensed to Summit Rescue Systems unless otherwise stated.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, publish, or commercially use our content without prior written permission.
10. Third-Party Products
Some Summit Rescue Systems products contain components manufactured by third parties.
Third-party products remain subject to the applicable manufacturer’s instructions, warnings, limitations, and warranties.
Where applicable, Summit Rescue Systems may assist customers with manufacturer warranty claims but does not independently guarantee the performance of third-party products.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Summit Rescue Systems and its owners, employees, contractors, suppliers, and affiliates shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the purchase, possession, installation, maintenance, misuse, or use of our products.
This includes damages arising from improper use, lack of training, failure to inspect or maintain equipment, expired or damaged medical supplies, improper installation, vehicle modifications, or reliance on a product during an emergency.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
12. Changes to These Terms
Summit Rescue Systems may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on this website with a revised effective date.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
